Welding
Our Arcmate 100i is a robotic welding system that is used primarily for larger, repeatable welding jobs.
CNC Machining
TFM's most advanced department. With 2 vertical milling machines, two CNC lathes, and a full suite of CAD/CAM software.
Cold Heading
Machinery used for cold heading parts like weld studs and bolts.
Cutting
Three band saws, two bar shears, and other smaller cutters provide the capacity to handle orders in high and low.
Threading
TFM has a large array of bending equipment, from fully automated u-bolt lines to manual bending machines. Our machines are capable of bending as small as 3/16″ diameter up to 2″ diamter materials.
Wire Forming & Stamping
TFM’s wire forming department manufactures products for precast concrete and custom applications.
