Our Arcmate 100i is a robotic welding system that is used primarily for larger, repeatable welding jobs.

TFM's most advanced department. With 2 vertical milling machines, two CNC lathes, and a full suite of CAD/CAM software.

Machinery used for cold heading parts like weld studs and bolts.

Three band saws, two bar shears, and other smaller cutters provide the capacity to handle orders in high and low.

TSA has a large array of bending equipment, from fully automated u-bolt lines to manual bending machines. Our machines are capable of bending as small as 3/16″ diameter up to 2″ diamter materials.
