About Threaded Fasteners Manufacturing

In January 2026, Threaded Fasteners Incorporated (TFI) acquired the assets of TSA Manufacturing, and Threaded Fasteners Manufacturing (TFM) was born. TFM is the manufacturing arm of TFI — a 100% employee-owned company with 24 distribution and manufacturing locations across 10 states.

TFM operates five manufacturing locations: Omaha, Nebraska; Alsip, Illinois; Lewisville, Texas; Tampa, Florida; and Semmes, Alabama — positioned to serve customers across the country with expanded capabilities and deeper inventory.
